Dr. Kasia Kulej, Kentsis Lab – Tow Center for Developmental Oncology, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center will lead the discussion on Integrative proteogenomic approach for personalized protein mapping: prospects, challenges, and scalability bottlenecks.

The CIP@Cornell Journal Club will hold discussions of scientific articles that present current proteomics technologies, tools and resources, and their applications in life science. Articles can be selected from a broad range of fields including but not limited to biology, bioinformatics, genetics, chemistry, biomedicine, nutrition, and plant biology.

Meetings of the Fall 2025 semester will be held monthly in 421 Weill Hall from 11am-12pm on the first Thursday of each month. All CIP@Cornell members and laboratory members are encouraged to attend!

This year our community is growing! participants from WCM and MSKCC will join us via Zoom. While the link is open to all, we encourage Ithaca attendees to join in person.
