The Center for Innovative Proteomics invites you to join us for our monthly Journal Club. This month, Charlie Sun (Grad Student, Computational Biology – Yu Lab) will give a tutorial on how to quantitatively analyze DIA-LFQ data with and without missing values.
The CIP@Cornell Journal Club holds discussions of scientific articles that present current proteomics technologies, tools and resources, and their applications in life science. Articles can be selected from a broad range of fields including but not limited to biology, bioinformatics, genetics, chemistry, biomedicine, nutrition, and plant biology. If you are looking for an opportunity to present and engage your peers in a discussion on a recent publication in the field of proteomics, please consider signing up!
Meetings are held monthly in 321 Weill Hall from 11am-12pm on the first Thursday of each month. All are welcome.
